This is the first time I’m using Headspace and so far I love it. I did the Letting Go of Stress 20 minute meditation and I like how the instructor allowed plenty of time to concentrate on each part of the meditation. He didn’t talk through all the way through the meditation like some instructors do. I had time to delve deep and disconnect. I felt calmer and relaxed when the meditation ended.
